In Italy, mobile communications with R&D and production site, have always been a field where Siemens excelled. In 2005 Siemens sold its Mobile branch to the famous Tawainese company, BenQ.

Nel 2005 la Siemens cede il ramo d’azienda Mobile alla Taiwanese company BenQ.
